This page explains how you can request deletion of your Rupi Rewards account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's data-deletion requirements.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to remove your account:
- Open the Rupi Rewards app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request. Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion online
Enter your registered email address below to submit a deletion request. Once approved by the admin, your account and all associated data will be completely removed.
Option 3 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app or use the form above, email us from the address registered on your account and we will process the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
Once a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data linked to your account, including:
- Your name, email and profile details
- Your device identifiers and login information
- Your reward points / wallet balance and referral data
- Your task, offer and scratch-card activity history
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law or fraud-prevention requires it — for example, records of completed UPI withdrawals or transactions flagged for abuse. Such records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used to re-create your account.
